Aman Batheja is an editor in the Washington bureau of The New York Times. Prior to joining the Times, he worked for The Texas Tribune and The Fort Worth Star-Telegram. His work has appeared in numerous other publications including The Chicago Tribune, The Los Angeles Times and The Dallas Morning News. He received bachelor's degrees in journalism and psychology from New York University and holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Texas at Arlington. He lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife and kids.
